Just as our Faith touches every aspect of our lives, it is a part of every class we teach at Kolbe-Trinity. Our chapel is at the heart of our school, and all activities center around it. Latin and Novus Ordo Mass, morning prayer, Rosary, Confession, Adoration, retreats, sodalities, and altar server training provide our students with daily opportunities to practice their Faith.
In keeping with our diocese, our religious education program for first through eighth grades is the Faith and Life series published by Ignatius Press. This series emphasizes the Catechism of the Catholic Church and leads children through an understanding and encounter with the Sacraments, traditions, history, and fundamental truths of our Faith.
The vibrant Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program allows our TK through fourth graders a place for building a personal connection with their Faith wherein their spiritual life is nurtured.
Finally, Ruah Wood’s Theology of the Body program guides our students in their discovery of their purpose as daughters and sons of the king. It reinforces that they are loved, fearfully and wonderfully made, and destined for heaven.
