Kolbe-Trinity has offered students and families an opportunity to encounter the rich traditions of Western and Catholic thought since the founding of our school in 1980. Throughout the years, we have been sustained by donors and dedicated families who ensure the traditions and legacy of our mission continue to thrive.
I am blessed to encounter our students, parents, teachers, and curriculum on a daily basis; but I have also been blessed to witness the wonderful growth of our community over the past ten years: Our stakeholders have worked together to join the Diocese of Santa Rosa, purchase our current campus, and earn our status as a school fully accredited by WCEA/WASC. These successes are the result of a zealous conviction that Kolbe-Trinity’s mission is both unique and important.
We believe our school provides a curriculum accessible to students of diverse experiences and talents that is uniquely impactful in the fast-changing world of modern America. Reflecting on the beauty and wisdom of the great works of Western tradition and engaging in classical pedagogical methods affords an opportunity for our community of students, teachers, and families to pause and find stability and inspiration in the pursuit of great truths. From Plato to the American founding, classic works of literature, history, and philosophy form our students and invite them to develop useful skills by inspiring a wonder for seeking after truth.
Our ultimate goal as a school is to provide families a safe and nurturing environment for their children; inspire a love for God and the Roman Catholic Faith in our students’ hearts; and cultivate that virtue which is ultimately a gift from God: hope.
