Beginning with National Geographic and Big Ideas Math’s Integrated Mathematics course, our high school students are guided through mathematical concepts in a spiral method that goes gradually deeper as they revisit subjects throughout high school. This rigorous curriculum balances conceptual understanding with procedural fluency, making real-life connections for students so they understand that mathematics has a definite human structure driven by common curiosity and aimed at exploring and understanding God’s world.
Math studies finish in twelfth grade with Pre-Calculus. Our accelerated track students take Pre-Calculus in eleventh grade and Calculus in twelfth grade.
We believe that because every person is made to know, love, and serve God, every person is a math person. We back up this claim in the classroom with high expectations and supportive action.
